Any services beyond what are mentioned above are $45.00/hour extra.
That includes scanning or taking pictures, creating original graphics,
adding extra pages, writing original text, etc.
What can I do to minimize any additional cost?

and your business. Be prepared to provide us in advance with script,
pictures (preferably already on disk), and a general idea for: the layout,
navigational means, an attractive color scheme, and what each page will
be named. The more prepared you can be the better.
